Admission today is only $5; some animals may not be on exhibit due to weather conditions.
The Kansas City Zoo is located in Swope Park at 6800 Zoo Drive, Kansas City, Missouri.
Just off I-435 and US-71 highway, the Zoo is easily accessible from any part of the metropolitan area.

Featured Program: Photography Workshops
Who: High school students and adults are invited to participate in a digital photography workshop led by Jonathan Chester at the Kansas City Zoo.
What: Spend hours capturing wildlife images. Learn how to compose a variety of pictures from unique angles.Discover the tricks to cropping and editing. Bring your digital camera and laptop computer (optional) to fully expand your potential in digital photography. When: Saturday, November 7th, 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.Featuring Australia, Discovery Barn and Tropics section of the Kansas City Zoo.
